By scheduling a 13th Octave LaHoChi session with Revi Bar, you agree to the following terms of service:
Purpose of Energy Healing
Energy healing, including 13th Octave LaHoChi, is a holistic approach intended to facilitate relaxation, balance energy flow, and promote self-healing. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional care.
No Guarantees
Results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. You acknowledge that energy healing is complementary to any medical treatment you may be receiving.
Voluntary Participation
Your participation in a session is entirely voluntary. You may stop the session at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
Assumption of Risk
By scheduling and attending a session, you understand and assume any risks associated with energy healing such as emotional or psychological discomfort, intensification of existing emotions, physical sensations or discomfort, release of stored emotions.
You release Revi Bar and/or High Concepts, LLC from any claims, liability, or damages arising from your participation.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.
Consent and Agreement
By scheduling a session, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
Have disclosed any medical or psychological conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate.
Agree to these terms and release Revi Bar / or High Concepts, LLC from any liability.
Cancellation Policy
You acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy stated on our website or shared at the time of booking.
Sessions canceled 24+ hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling once, at no extra charge.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are non-refundable.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. This acknowledgment serves as a binding agreement.
